The Tree of Dreams
One evening, she appeared, just a flash in my mind. A tree, radiant and still, with branches full of light. She stood in silence, yet pulsed with fresh energy that wrapped her. I grabbed my pen and followed the memory before it faded. This is how The Tree of Dreams came to life.
Somewhere beyond time, this tree holds the dreams we once whispered into the serene field. It embraces them with patience, nurturing each with quiet love. From time to time, it releases a soft breeze swaying through the leaves of our forgotten hopes, trying to wake us.
A subtle whisper: My child, do you remember the dream you whispered to me? I guarded it for you.
As the tree misses us, she calls out fragments of memory and feeling, telepathic echoes of stored and forgotten dreams.
Maybe today is the day we visit her again, look at her, and acknowledge her presence. And if we choose to bring her home, we will have fulfilled the purpose of her existence, answering her silent call to be seen, remembered, and embraced once more.
