A Winter Moment he was only a small snowman, made of three smooth stones gathered from a quiet corner of the earth. No one knew who shaped him, or when, but there he stood every winter, watching the world in silence.

This year, a red tree grew beside him, bold, bright, and reaching toward the sky as if it wanted to bring colour back to the cold season. At the very top of the tree, a single star shimmered faintly, waiting for someone to give it life.

The snowman had never moved before. But something in the air felt different, lighter, and hopeful. So he lifted his tiny arm, stretched further than he ever had, and touched the star with a gentle tap.

To his surprise, the star lit up. Not with a burst, not with fireworks, but with a soft glow just enough to warm the space between him and the tree.

For a brief moment, the world paused. Snowflakes held their breath. Even the wind quieted.

It was just a snowman and a tree, sharing a small spark of light in the middle of winter.

And in that stillness, he understood something simple and beautiful:

Even the smallest touch can brighten a whole season.

That moment didn’t last long. But like all true things, it didn’t need to.

It was enough.
